Our largest fundraiser of the year is the Count Me In Campaign. Each spring, the Count Campaign raises money to hire and retain new teaching positions for our school district. Added to our already dedicated and highly-qualified teaching staff, these new positions can help lower class sizes, expand our curriculum, and provide our students with more individualized attention.

The WLWV School District is highly sought after as one of the very best in Oregon with new families moving here throughout the year. As we enjoy this growth, we support the district's commitment to maintaining this excellence for every child, for each child. 

Oregon ranks 30th in the country in spending per K-12 student. Being able to hire and retain the best educators is essential for our award-winning learning programs. The school district's dedication to supporting such a high-quality team of educators is evident in its annual use of more than 80% of its operating budget for staffing. Having a continuing local source of funds that supplement what the district receives from the state and local option funds is critical for providing the quality education that defines our WLWV schools. 

With your donations to the Count campaign, we can celebrate our top-notch school district and make it even stronger. We are the only organization able to donate money specifically for classroom teaching positions. Your donations help us support our schools, our students, and our community.
